Aloft Louisville East

The hotel was really nice when walking in the lobby and they offered a good variety of snacks and breakfast. The room was clean and just as I expected. The tv in the room offered Netflix, youtube, and Amazon prime video which I was very happy with. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was great. Everyone was friendly & very helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. The common area gets busy during the evening hours which was great. My son was selling chocolates for school and was able to sell the entire box. Everyone was very friendly and although it was busy it was never too loud. The Jaggers next door was a plus when we arrived late in the evening, hungry. The location is great in general. The shopping plaza across the street was convenient. I had to run into Target for a few things and it being a 2 min drive, literally, was perfect. The noon checkout was also nice to have since most places have an 11am checkout.

The location was great. Lots of different stores and fast food and restaurants. The hotel is close to the highway very convenient. I love the fact the hotel had engagement activities for guest in the lobby. Room was clean everyday during our stay. The staff were nice and helpful.

everything! the amenities, the staff, the laid back vibe, the pet-friendly atmosphere. had a great 6 night stay. no nickel and diming (didn’t even charge a pet fee)!

It was in the perfect location! It was very easy to get to anywhere from this location
